Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Most people have untapped potentials. But we tend to develop habits and create comfort zones which were adaptive at other times in our lives. Unfortunately, these adaptations exact a cost in our current lives. Costs are measured in terms of tension, fears, anxiety, distractibility, troubling thoughts, temper outbursts, social fears/isolation, hopelessness, troubled and failed relationships, physical disorders, addictions, reduced vitality, and stunted creativity. I help my patients discover the existence and nature of their self-defeating habits so that these habits can be cast aside. Once the personal blocks that hold them back are dissolved, most patients discover their natural legacy: spontaneous adaptation to the demands of life, enthusiasm and unleashed creativity. My sessions tend to be active and engaging, as they should be, in order to achieve rapid, deep and durable results. You’ve suffered long enough. It’s time to live a full life!
