Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
People often believe that they need to talk about the past in order to be in therapy when what is bothering them is always in the present. Whether it is anxiety or panic, pain or illness, addictions, trauma, loss or grief - my approach is to explore together what gets in the way of having the life you want. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, NARM, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness practices in my approach. Understanding how you experience the world is my first step in supporting you to realize a satisfying life.
