I am a private psychotherapist with offices in both San Francisco and San Mateo, California. I provide a safe and confidential environment for you to explore your individual challenges. I work with you to identify and understand your obstacles, realize your potential, and support changes that will lead to a healthy and more satisfying life. My style is active, collaborative, and compassionate. My approach is client-centered and eclectic. This means that I incorporate various methods and techniques that fit with your personal needs, and we work together to create an individualized treatment plan to reach your goals. At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
