Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You are determined, smart and used to navigating challenges but this time it's not working. Normally you could handle this yourself or push the worry away but bigger questions are arising and you are left feeling stuck, lost in ambivalence, hopelessness, confusion and anxiety. You feel like your dreams and what you have worked for are slipping away and it's impacting your life & relationships. I help people who seek an empowered and fulfilled life but feel buried under stress, anxiety, hopelessness, confusion and feelings of overwhelm. I'm a therapist, but you might also call me a journey companion, a life guide and a courage supporter. I work with professional women experiencing life transitions, founders and early stage start-up people, busy couples who are navigating critical points in their relationships and families experiencing changes and stress. Through supportive and compassionate therapy, I guide you to understand your experience and encourage change to become more present and to find fulfillment in your own life, relationships and career. I believe you are the expert on your life. My approach is genuine, warm, supportive and collaborative, offering a safe and accepting environment. Ready to chat? I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have about therapy and determine if we are the right fit.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
