Personal Statement:
I have experience working with grief and loss, attention deficit (ADHD), depression and anxiety, divorce, parenting and co-parenting, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I use a variety of techniques and approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Thera-play, Art, Sand-Tray, Play Therapy and relaxation training. As my client you will have complete control over the pace of your therapy, you will participate in setting the goals of your treatment. You will have confidential treatment; and l be treated with respect and dignity with understanding for your special needs, culture and situation.
