Services
My clinical areas of passion include; empowering women from diverse backgrounds in the many changes college, graduate school, career, relationships, family, and life bring. Including; developing a healthy relationship with your body, the skills needed to emotionally prepare for college and young adulthood, establishing and maintaining a healthy dating relationship. I also assist teen girls in making healthy choices around peer and dating relationships, helping high achievers find a balance with mind, body, and spirit, and establish healthy connections and communication between mothers and daughters. I also love helping new couples, newly engaged, or recently married in transforming their power struggles into a place of connection and empathy. In addition to my clinical practice, I provide presentations and workshops to adolescents, young women, colleges, and organizations that help women establish and develop confident and healthy relationships as they navigate their social, emotional, and academic worlds.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
