“Do you sometimes ask yourself: How can I stop feeling angry, disappointed, or frustrated? I tried everything; nothing works in the long term. What can I do? Why are relationships so unfulfilling?” During sessions, you are gently guided to recognize the parts of your psyche that have conflicting, often incompatible goals, perspectives, and beliefs. Those “parts” often pull you in opposite directions- “I really feel like eating, but I also want to lose weight” for example – and criticize you for not being more responsible, productive, etc…

You will gradually be able to see yourself through the eyes of your true Self: powerful, confident, creative. You will understand the inner battles “high-jacking” your mind, leaving you exhausted and puzzled as to why you lose control or sabotage yourself.

As you are able to accept yourself more, you experience a sense of relief, harmony and power. The real You emerges as you hold yourself in unconditional love.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
