Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Welcome. Are you overwhelmed? Do you feel that a problem is just too big? Anxious, depressed, angry? Struggling in a relationship? Concerned about your child’s or teenager’s behavior? I would love to help you. My approach to counseling is a combination of solution-focused (which, depending on your situation, can be a very short-term therapy) and cognitive-behavioral (for example, we will work together on self-esteem, poor communication, lack of trust, unresolved grief or anger). Together we will set goals ( such as: interrupting a cycle of hurt, excellent conflict resolution skills, great communication, intimacy). Please remember that you are not alone, there is always someone to listen and speak to your pain. I provide a free half-hour phone consultation. Let’s talk, it will be my privilege to serve you.
