My Name is Nadesdye Valdes, do not let the name be a deterrent to contacting me for services. My private practice office is located in Concord on Clayton Rd. The office is close to public transportation and easily accessible. Nadesdye Valdes is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #41771. She received her BA in Psychology from California State University, Hayward. She earned a Master of Science in Counseling with an option in Marriage Family and Child Counseling from California State University, Hayward. Nadesdye has been practicing for over 10 years with adolescents, adults and families. Her experiences are in the following areas: Chemical Dependency, Co-dependency, Trauma, Oppositional Defiant and Cultural issues. Nadesdye has facilitated many workshops with emphasis in alcohol and other drugs. Nadesdye’s native language is Spanish complementing her work with Latino families, and adolescents engaging them in the language. Nadesdye currently is an independent contractor with the Mt.Diablo Unified School District specifically working with pregnant and teenage moms. Nadesdye also works at Kaiser Permanente in Antioch in the Chemical Dependency Department with Adolescents, families and Adults and has a small private practice.
