Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I work with many Humanistic approaches. I consider the human soul to be loving and compassionate. When an individual feels out of sorts, or that 'life just isn't working as I'd like,' I believe it is because we have forgotten the true nature of who we are. I work with the mind/body/spirit connection, believing that we all live on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Balancing these is the essence of the therapy. I bring a repertoire of communication, anger management, self-esteem, and Ericksonian hypnosis skills to working with couples, individuals. Most importantly is dealing with relationship to Self (with a Capital 'S') as in Self-Acceptance and Self-Loving as the basis for loving and sustaining relationships.
