Many people struggle with times of transition such as marriage, divorce, moving in together, or starting or ending a relationship. The therapy setting is a place where you may explore patterns, options, and meanings in life. You may experience relief from anxiety or depression, and may discover your own solutions and answers in a time frame that works best for you. As a result, you may gain a sense of mastery and control over your own thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I will work collaboratively with you, helping you decide the goals you wish to reach in therapy, and assisting you to attain a deeper understanding, experiencing, and appreciation of yourself.
I welcome people of all backgrounds and experience. Ultimately, my hope is to make the counseling office a safe and peaceful environment where clients may express themselves and be heard without fear, embarrassment, or judgment.
EAP or other referrals gladly accepted.
