Personal Statement:
Middle-aged and older individuals in our culture face unique challenges and opportunities. Challenges often include cumulative loss and grief, changing roles within society and families, shifting identities, the need to find a new sense of purpose, illness and/or pain, depression, anxiety, PTSD, caregiver stress, and the impacts of internalized and external ageism. With commitment and courage and some guidance, midlife and older individuals can take these challenges and transform them, using a variety of effective healing tools, into an amazing and heartening growth of profound richness and creativity.

About My Practice

Mondays and Tuesdays - San Anselmo office. Thursdays - Sausalito office. Home visits and telephone sessions available.
