Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you are struggling in your relationship with your child and are not sure if this is "just a phase" or if it's something that requires professional help don't hesitate to get consultation. I can help you discover what is getting in the way of having the relationship you want with your child. If your child is having behavioral, social or emotional difficulties I can help them navigate these issues. I will support you through the bumps and humps of parenting, and I will support your child through the bumps and humps of growing up. I love working with young children, and adults in their roles as parents. My experience ranges from helping children with behavioral difficulties at school, at home or both. To helping children and families with extensive history of trauma. I work with individuals, families and /or dyads.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
