I help immigrant and first generation people, people of color, LGBTQIA, and HIV + people recover from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, sexual abuse. My calming presence and compassionate approach make it easy to open up about what you are struggling with so that you can get the help that you deserve. I work with individuals and couples. With my integrative mind/body approach I can help you learn to relax and ground yourself so that you can meet the challenges in your life with greater ease.
