Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
My approach to therapy is insight oriented, solution focused and centered on helping you become more conscious of your thoughts and feelings, and integrating the two in order to live a more fulfilled life. I customize the techniques to the needs and personality of the individual client. My focus is on you as a whole person through the incorporation of the mind, body and spirit. Your past, present and desires for the future will direct the course of your treatment. Life, loss, trauma, dysfunctional relationships, addiction and more can prevent you from living a productive and healthy life. Identifying these blocks and working effectively through them will promote a better understanding to having a successful life. Finding the right therapist is a crucial part of the process of healing. Choose someone whose experience you trust ... someone who you like as a person ... and someone who sees the untapped possibilities in you. Developing the right connection is a key factor in your journey and an important part of my work. I will be dedicated to ensuring you get the best quality care possible!
