Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am a compassionate therapist who has extensive experience in working with people recovering from addiction and the effects of addiction on family members. I have worked in the addiction field for over 16 years. I also have done a great deal of work with people suffering from the effects of trauma and PTSD in their lives. I work best with adults who have a desire to face and walk through serious issues in their lives. It is a joy to help them discover the freedom of becoming who God intended them to be.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
