Personal Statement:
I offer a safe, non-judgemental approach to assist individuals, families and couples. I specialize in providing a safe therapeutic environment to reduce suffering and restore balance to life. My background includes extensive work in the mental health field. My work has included individual therapy, case management, inpatient, day treatment and consultation services. I am passionate about guiding individuals away from the trap of shame and guilt to a new freedom of love and acceptance of self. We will focus on gaining a sense of authentic self in today's world.
