Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Finding the right therapist is a crucial part of ensuring that your therapeutic experience is successful. I encourage you to visit my website at www.patriciazielinski.com and learn more about me and my approach. I invite you to come in for a consultation to determine if we would be a "good fit" to partner together in reaching your goals. My approach to healing focuses on treating the mind, body and spirit, honoring the complexity of the whole person. Besides traditional talk therapy, I look for creative ways to help you connect to yourself. This might include painting, creating an image out of clay, or using music to connect with feelings. It may include creating a picture in a sand tray to uncover unconscious needs. I will find an approach that resonates with you. I offer you a safe, comfortable, and casual atmosphere where you can do the work.
