Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I help guide people with relationship problems, addiction and recovery, codependency, parental alienation, grief and loss and anger issues. I encourage my clients to have dignity and to always move towards settling for more, not less. When counseling, I encourage my clients to remember who they are without the labels and symptoms that accompany diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The goal is to learn how to become whole again, and integrate the tools learned in therapy to become healthy and whole. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
