Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
My passion as a therapist is to help individuals and families navigate those tough emotional times when life circumstances seem to take control of people's lives and leave them feeling diminished. I feel deeply rewarded by my work, especially when clients begin to accept that their innate worth as human beings is a constant, no matter what their current hardships, and then put this insight to work towards self-healing. As a well-trained and caring therapist I can offer genuine support and teach those behavioral skills that can help my clients become more assertive, increase self-acceptance and carry out their best intentions in their personal relationships. My goal as a therapist is to help you find the right direction of your life path so that life challenges will not diminish you but will strengthen your resolve to attain personal growth and inner peace. Patrizia Spiga, LMFT # 48465
