Personal Statement:
I believe that therapy is about gaining insight and taking action. Our sessions will be a safe place to explore what is happening in your life and I will help you to experiment with changes that will facilitate your personal healing and growth. I offer genuine curiosity and support with a solution-oriented approach in helping you to live a life that works. Areas of support include: sexual addiction, men's issues, anxiety and depression, anger management, grief & loss, problematic Internet use, dating support, couple counseling, shame/negative core beliefs, fear of intimacy, family of origin issues, addiction and recovery, adolescent issues. I have a background working with adolescents and adults. I work with individuals, couples, and men's groups.
