Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Something brings you here — something is calling you to this work. Perhaps it is a clear goal or issue, or perhaps a quieter whisper towards a change or shift. I applaud your bravery in seeking a wellness or actualization partner, and I mirror any hopes that bring you here! I provide a safe space for us to work in a way that is tailored to you. It is relational and holistic, bringing into awareness and integrating aspects of your body, mind, and spirit. Together we may work to help you… • be in better relationship and balance with yourself and others • contact or build more internal and external resources • connect to a greater awareness and understanding of your rich inner life, or create a more intentional path • slow down your process to give you more choices in how you respond to day-to-day challenges I have been called to therapeutic work through a mid-life awakening, discovered through mining my own true self in psychotherapy, so I bring passion to this work. My experience with dance and movement in part inspires my holistic approach. I welcome diversity of all kinds, and am nurturing a specialization in couples', men, and LGBTQQIA, as well as with people who have experienced trauma or misattunement on any level. Come as you are. It would be a privilege to walk this path with you.

During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
