Personal Statement:
Hello and welcome to my psychotherapy practice! I have 14 years of clinical experience and have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California since 2005. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, and specialize in Child and Adolescent Therapy. My areas of child and adolescent expertise include: behavioral problems, separation and divorce, trauma and abuse, ADHD, social problems, high-risk behavior, blended and step families, depression and anxiety. I offer Play Therapy to children under 12. Whenever possible, I include family sessions in my work with children and teens to assist and support parents and other key persons in their efforts to help their child. My areas of individual adult and couples expertise include: depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma recovery, grief and loss, life transitions, communication issues, loss of intimacy and frequent conflict.
