Personal Statement:
I have several years of experience and training treating post traumatic stress disorder including but not limited to child abuse, sexual abuse and domestic violence. Areas of emphasis also include gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered communities, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, HIV & AIDS. Offering child, couples, families and individual therapy. Utilizing humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive perspectives.

Office located in San Francisco.

With the focus being in the here and now we can look at one's relationship with self, others and one's experience in the world. The understanding of one's primary experience with family of origin is an important part of this work, with emphasis, however being on making internal shifts that lead to more satisfying experiences and fullfillment in life. We will look at factors that are maintaining current problems and collaborate together to establish goals for our therapy. Most insurances accepted.
