Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you are stuck in a relationship that is going nowhere or the pain of a past trauma is interfering with your daily life, don't let these things go untreated. I can help you discover what prevents you from living your life fully and finding joy in each moment. I would like to help you sort out what is causing you difficulty so you can reduce the anxiety you might be feeling, increase your enthusiasm and discover your potential. Maybe you are blocked creatively or experiencing a major transition disrupting you life. Together we can explore these life changing events in a safe place. I will help you uncover what is keeping you from reaching your potential. You don't have to deal with them alone. I have devoted my professional life to helping individuals regain their independence as an Occupational Therapist. Now, as a psychotherapist I am committed to helping you discover your essence and find joy, peace and love in your life.
