Randi Grafman is an experienced therapist who has been practicing psychotherapy for 25 years. She specializes in working with individuals, adolescents, and couples – people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship/communication issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and recovery from addictions.
Randi’s style as a therapist is direct, supportive, creative and interactive. Within a caring environment, she guides clients in exploring, understanding, and working through behavioral and thinking patterns that no longer serve them, progressing towards healthier patterns.
She believes that each individual has their own unique needs in therapy, and that treatment should be shaped to meet those needs.
