Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I believe that we organize around the unfinished business in our lives--the tasks that, when completed, signal who we are--who we're born to be--doing what lights our eyes. Until we're on track to accomplishing this, we don't feel right, somehow. Anger, frustration, worry and despair often get the best of us. They don't have to. People can bend, fold and mutilate us . . . and people can return us to wholeness. Starts with living authentically--being you.! All else springs from this, including vibrant, even remarkable relationships. But being alive with authenticity can seem risky. "If I say what I really think, people will leave!" But if we don't live in a way that suits us, something inside leaves. In a way, we die . . . Until we learn what lights our eyes and find ways to honor it. My San Diego office is convenient to Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas and Carlsbad.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
