The decision to seek therapy can be scary and intimidating. Some people associate therapy with the word “crazy,” therefore casting a negative light on what could be a life altering experience that peoples one towards fulfillment and happiness. It is in my experience that those who admit they need additional support and have the courage to being their therapeutic journey are often the healthiest.
I work with clients to uncover what may be getting in the way of more satisfying relationships and being in the world. Dissatisfaction can manifest as a myriad of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship difficulties, or hopelessness. I have a special interest in working with individuals and couples whose lives have been affected by a partner’s infidelity. I enjoy interacting with my clients and engage them in conversations that encourage looking at situations from different perspectives and uncover what road blocks need navigating.
