Personal Statement:
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with five years of experience working with families, children, and adults. I have extensive experience working with children with Special Needs. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with a Masters Degree from the University of San Francisco. When I work with children I use Play Therapy, Family Work, Behavior Modification, Social Skills Training and Parent Training. When I work with families I support the individuals in crisis. I also work with the family to change interactions and communications to produce healthier family functioning. When I work with adults I use Communication Training, Assertion Training, Role Playing and The Problem Solving Model.
