Personal Statement:
I have a diverse practice and help clients work through and manage various problems, including anxiety & panic, depression, stage-of-life transitions, relationship problems, uncertainty about life-meaning and career focus, relational trauma, grief & loss. I have a special interest in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) who, as a result of their upbringing, may struggle with self-criticism, shame, confusion, loneliness, low self-esteem, and social withdrawal. I also work successfully with couples and provide pre-marital counseling and support with relationship challenges and transitions, including general negotiation & conflict resolution, pregnancy & parenthood, infidelity, sexual issues, long-term relationship fatigue, and divorce contemplation.
