Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you dealing with feeling of sadness, fear, anger, loneliness and confusion? Are you in an abusive relationship? Do you have an adolescent that is having behavioral problems at school? Are you suffering from an addiction? The good news is that you do not have to go through this alone. I am here to help. Allow me to listen to your problems and help you work through them. It is my passion and belief that counseling is absolutely one of the best tools needed to support empowerment through learning about one self, working through personal past/present emotional pain and effective communication skills. In working with my clients and with my own personal experiences I have learned that we possess the answers we need.

I have worked in the counseling field since 1993. I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, and families. I have over twelve years experience working with adolescents as a school counselor. I am knowledgeable and familiar with the educational system and how it works.

As a trained clinician I will provide you with a safe and secure environment where you and/or your loved ones have the freedom to explore and express thoughts, feelings and beliefs. My job is to empower you to work through issues that obstruct you from living the life you want and desire. If you are unfamiliar with therapy and have questions please feel free to call and I will be happy to consult with you by phone.
