Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative style with adults, adolescents, and children as well as families, and small groups.

We all encounter challenges, loss, illness, and change in our lives and sometimes we need help to get through a difficult time or grow and develop in the way that we want.

Together we can build on your strengths, look at things from a new perspective, find more effective coping skills, and develop your untapped resources.

I strongly believe that we each have a desire and a drive to be healthy and grow as humans individually and in relationship to others.

Feel free to call me for a complimentary 20 minute consultation to see if my approach could be helpful to you.

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
