Personal Statement:
You may be dealing with feelings of low self-esteem, depression, or anxiety. You may find yourself repeating unwanted patterns in your work, relationships, or other aspects of your life. Perhaps you are struggling within your current intimate relationship, or having difficulty finding a satisfying relationship. Your decision to pursue psychotherapy is a very significant and potentially life-altering event. The therapist you choose should be someone with whom you feel comfortable and safe. The quality of the therapeutic relationship plays an essential role in your healing and growth. I have been a licensed psychotherapist since 1990. My approach to therapy emphasizes collaborating with you to assist you with your goals. I utilize a variety of techniques including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and supportive interventions.
