Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Welcome and thank you for visiting my professional profile. I know that finding the right therapist is a very important decision and I welcome your interest. At various times in our lives it is common to experience circumstances that seem too difficult to solve on one's own. I work with people who are having problems in their relationships with partners, family, and with work related concerns. Depression, anxiety, stress and feeling stuck in life make what is already difficult more complicated to navigate alone. It can be invaluable and relieving to work with an experienced therapist who understands you and is knowledgeable about these issues. My job is to help you better understand and overcome obstacles that restrict or inhibit your success and happiness. I work hard and believe in what I do. I value my clients. Your growth and success are my goals as well. It can take courage asking for help and determination in finding it. I hope I can help you to make this important decision you are engaged in by visiting my profile. If you'd like to discuss your concerns personally with me, I welcome your phone call.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
