Personal Statement:
My orientation is relational and mind/body focused from a process and systems perspective. I believe the unconscious is a powerful resource oriented towards facilitating the self towards healing, expansion and self restoration. I believe in the power of self regulation, self care and self healing through accessing the inner resources of the Core Self. My therapeutic orientation integrates verbal, hypnotic, and mind/body healing therapies as well holistic and spiritually based disciplines including Zen, Vipasssana and Tibetan meditation methods as well as Buddhist psychological principles.

My personal, executive and organizational coaching and consulting focus on leadership skills, communication, vision planning, strategic thinking, creativity and stress management trainings.
