Personal Statement:
Seeking help for personal problems can be viewed as a great opportunity to strenghten both emotional and physical health. My approach is collaborative and interactive which can help to empower individuals to make appropriate changes in their lifes. I work with a diverse population of age groups to help facilitate better relationships, more open communication and a sense of over-all well being. Life can be challenging and stressful at times for us all and seeking out help can bolster confidence and self-esteem. Because each client is unique I adjust my approach accordingly and work closely with each individual client to set attainable goals and outcomes. I am available for a free phone consultation.
