Personal Statement:
I provide a compassionate and safe environment to help you learn more about yourself and improve your current situation. If you are dealing with a life transition or loss, depression, relationships issues or an unexpected crisis, working collaboratively with the right therapist can create significant changes for you. Maybe you are feeling confused, depleted, overwhelmed or even unsure of what you are feeling? We can find what needs attention in your life and create changes that will be helfpul to you. You will be offered strong support to deal with grief, anxiety, chronic pain/illness, adjusting to a special needs child or a child recently given a "diagnosis". Or maybe you are navigating how to live with a mood disorder or trying to makes sense of being a teenager. Awareness of mind/body connections might help you to understand more about yourself and challenges you are facing. I help parents, couples, teens and families figure out new ways to change issues they face. I also work with artists who deal creativity and employment. I like to work with you on your own, or your family or partner if we find it is necessary and helpfuil I am experienced in giving unique support to cope and find additional resources. Simply put, I believe you will walk out of your therapy session feeling more hopeful, centered and clearer about how to make changes you feel good about. Therapy can instill insight, relief and more clarity in your life. Listening and really getting it, and responding to you as a unique person, is what will be offered to you.
