Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you ready to try something different? Life, and the changes that come with it, can be really difficult at times, especially in this modern age. Does this sound familiar? You wake up one morning and it just feels too difficult to get yourself going. You are watching your friends go through life events while you feel like you're still trying to figure things out. You find yourself crying while driving your car, and you can't explain why. You are constantly arguing with a loved one and you just can't stop. If any of this sounds like something you've experienced, I can help. It can be difficult to adjust to life stressors, break-ups, job frustrations, and family challenges. You don't have to face it alone. Together we can improve your relationships and help you through this difficult period. I specialize in self-esteem issues, relationship problems, and risky behaviors in young adults. Please call me for a free consultation and we can determine if I am a good fit for you. I look forward to speaking with you and am so glad you are taking this first step!

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
