Personal Statement:
Welcome to my practice and a new approach with unwanted thoughts, feelings and actions, WHILE tapping into “what’s right with you” and beginning to live your life with value, integrity, passion and a strong sense of the possible.

During your first visit, I will help you identify unwanted emotions, stuck patterns and treatment goals, as well as answer any questions you may have about me, the process and the expected outcomes. My office is conveniently located in Antioch (4200 Sycamore Drive, Ste. 21), right off the Auto Center Parkway exit of Highway 4, close to public transportation. There is plenty of free parking on the premises and the office is handicap accessible and beautifully decorated. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm with 2-hour voice mail service 925.457.7230.
