Life can feel so very thick sometimes and living to your full potential a tall order. With support, your challenges have the potential to morph into opportunities for deepen your connection to yourself, your relationships, and your life. I am dedicated to holding a mindful and compassionate container that will track and witness the subtle details of your experience and support you with releasing self-limiting beliefs, old stories and trauma. I am committed to supporting you with embodying the lasting change you seek for your life. I work with somatic based therapy practices and offer intuitive, direct, warm, support and guidance. I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, relationship issues, and those who want to experience more authenticity, balance, and well being in their life. I have a strong background in holistic health that contributes to my knowledge base and aligns with the mindfulness based psychological practices I share in therapy.
