Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Prior to private practice, I spent over 20 years as a School Counselor working with children, adolescents and teenagers across all grade levels. The most rewarding part of this experience was watching these young people develop coping skills, increase their self-esteem and engage in healthier relationships. It is with this same passion that I sought to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in order to continue my work in the private sector. I offer therapy services to individuals of all ages, however I have a particular interest and skill in working with toddler and young children as well as adolescents and teenagers. Certification in Play Therapy in progress.
