Personal Statement:
As my client, I believe that you have an innate potential for growth and transformation. When at an impasse, new perspectives and resources are needed to restore balance both within oneself and in relation to others. As a warm, interactive psychotherapist, I provide the experience, guidance, and skill that foster insight, transformation and growth. I help them build communication & problem solving skills, self-esteem and stress management. I have experience working with at-risk adolescent clients individually, in group therapy and in supportive family sessions. I can provide a safe space for guidance, support, and skill development necessary for improving daily living and well-being.
