Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Has a life challenge left you feeling overwhelmed, in pain or unsure of your next step? Are you suffering alone, while you see your peers moving forward in their careers and relationships? Are you feeling lost, alone, or left behind? If so, I'd like to help. Ironically, it's during times of personal challenge that one is afforded the greatest opportunity for accelerated growth, transformation and healing. As a San Francisco therapist for the last ten years, I help people address the obstacles that prevent them from engaging their lives, relationships and careers more fully. As your therapist, I’ll encourage you to embrace your own thoughts, feelings and experience. By examining current patterns of behavior and reflecting on childhood experiences, we’ll work together to reveal unconsciously held beliefs. My goal, by gently challenging these assumptions, is to empower you to make more conscious decisions about how you want to live your life and relate to others. I enjoy working with people of all cultural backgrounds, ethnicities and orientations. I have a special interest in working with artists, writers, and musicians and exploring issues related to creative process. For more information or to make and appointment, please refer to my website: www.SaritaRedalia.com, or call my confidential voicemail: (415)292-5888. I look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to work together.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
