For me no one approach is ever the right approach in all situations. We are individuals. We share many commonalities, yet each of us needs to be treated according to our uniqueness. I aim to fit my approach to your needs, facilitating the unfolding of your unique Self.
My main focus is on self acceptance and authenticity. When we can let go of being who we have been taught to be by others (parents, religions, cultural mores etc) we can discover for ourselves who we really are: And when we can feel safe and courageous enough to really engage with others from the truth and authenticity of who we are, then an aliveness, a joy, a bliss and often a deep healing comes into the connection.
I aim to help facilitate my clients to achieve this kind of intimacy with themselves and in relationship to others in their lives.
I am a holistic therapist. This means I work with the body and the spirit, as well as with the mind as in more traditional therapies. Combining working with the mind, body and spirit can allow for much deeper and more effective healing.
