Personal Statement:
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment by validating, actively listening, and providing constructive/ supportive feedback. I realize that individuals have specific needs in treatment. Therefore, I am a strong advocate of using flexibility to tailor my treatment approach to meet my client's needs. I help my clients by using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, humanistic and family systems approach.
