Personal Statement:
My approach is one that involves compassion and understanding about the issues you are working on in your life. I believe that entering therapy requires courage and trust and I am ready to help you set goals and accomplish steps towards these goals in therapy. My style involves creating safety to allow for you to express emotions and gain a better perspective about the issues that you are encountering. My areas of focus include: family therapy, adolescent development, eating disorders with adults and teens, perinatal depression/ anxiety/adjustment, pregnancy loss, life transitions, self-esteem issues, parenting challenges, stress, depression and anxiety.
