Personal Statement:
Brief and long term counseling across the lifespan. Jeff is experienced in men's issues including relationships, fathering, work stress and healthy living. Jeff is also interested in working with people coping with chronic illness. Shannon is skilled in working through childhood abuse and other trauma, grief due to death of a loved one, life limiting illness, break up, divorce, depression and anxiety. Both are effective in treating school behavior problems, parenting challenges and couples. Life Cycle Counseling offers effective and results oriented services. Our focus is on immediate relief and long term improvement in daily living. As clinical supervisors, we offer relief for providers experiencing secondary trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout.
