My theoretical orientation is an eclectic approach that blends and combines many modalities and techniques. My focus of attention in every session is client-centered and strength-based which means we will start where you are and continuously utilize your wisdom and expereince to create the bridge to growth and change. I welcome feedback and collaboration in creating a safe and confidential space that will assist in discovering resources and tools that help you.
