Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I began counseling individuals, couples, and children,as an intern 10 years ago. I have worked with pregnant teens, suicidal clients, children molested by other children, and people struggling with chronic anxiety and depression,as well as numerous other issues. I believe it takes great courage for a person to seek therapy. I consider it an honor to join each client on their journey of healing and personal growth. I worked for W.T.L.C. for 6 years, where I specialized in domestic violence. I have literally assisted hundreds of women in their struggles with abusive relationships. I find this field the most fulfilling of all. I now have a steadily growing private practice, in which I focus on women's issues, personal growth, troubled relationships, parenting, and blended family issues. I also offer therapy online, through www.mytherapynet.com
