Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
How do I go on? What do I do now? Where is he/she? How can I get through to her/him how I really feel? These are questions hat play over and over in our minds during time of crisis and stress and the answers seem to elude us. Often it is helpful to talk about what is going on with someone outside of the crisis to gain insight and knowledge about what is really happening in the relationship. I have worked with many clients to help them restore balance in their lives and find their own answers to these questions that are acceptable to them. Respecting that you are the expert on your life; I will join with you in looking at the issues troubling you and help you find solutions to regain control of your life. I look forward to meeting with you soon!

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
